Ovoko is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (German) to join our team. We operate an online marketplace for used car parts, connecting buyers and sellers across Europe. Our mission is built on the belief in second chances and driving meaningful change in the automotive aftermarket industry.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct customer support to German-speaking users via email and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, product availability, and platform usage.
- Act as a bridge between customers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions.
- Contribute to improving the overall customer experience on the Ovoko platform.
What We're Looking For
- Native or professional proficiency in German.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing support role.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Passion for providing excellent service and helping customers.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
