Responsibilities
- Interpret neuroimaging studies during overnight hours
- Deliver accurate and timely diagnostic reports
- Collaborate with on-call teams for urgent findings
- Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards
- Participate in peer review and quality assurance activities
- Support clinical operations across affiliated facilities
- Respond to emergent imaging findings as needed
- Adhere to established protocols for image interpretation
- Ensure consistent communication with referring physicians
- Utilize PACS and reporting systems efficiently
- Uphold patient confidentiality and data security
- Contribute to after-hours coverage needs
- Engage in continuous professional development
- Follow regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Assist in training and mentoring initiatives when applicable
- Maintain board certification and licensure
- Work within a defined shift window of 10 PM to 7 AM MST
- Support a high-volume imaging environment
- Coordinate with daytime radiology teams for handoffs
- Manage workflow during periods of high demand
