- Ensure timely follow-ups at every stage of recruitment
- Use applicant tracking systems to log interactions and outcomes
- Adapt recruitment strategies based on client feedback and market conditions
- Assess cultural fit and soft skills during candidate evaluations
- Prepare job descriptions in collaboration with clients
- Negotiate start dates and initial offer terms
- Support onboarding for placed candidates
- Track time and activities for client billing purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Optimize sourcing channels for better candidate yield
- Deliver recruitment performance reports to stakeholders
