Alleviation Enterprise LLC is hiring an Outside Sales Consultant

About the Role

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is looking for an Outside Sales Consultant to drive our growth through direct, in-person engagement. In this territory-based role, you’ll connect with small and medium-sized business owners and their employees, introducing supplemental insurance solutions through one-on-one discussions and group presentations. You’ll enjoy significant autonomy to manage your schedule while expanding your professional network.

What You'll Do

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
  • Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
  • Personally visit new businesses, develop relationships with local business owners, follow up on referral leads, and re-service existing clients.
  • Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and working hours; submit schedule to sales team manager.
  • Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
  • Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain—study course provided at no cost and state licensing fees reimbursement available).
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
