Canyon Creek Financial LLC. is looking for a Sales Representative and Field Trainer to fill a dual role focused on B2B sales and mentoring. You will connect directly with business owners, present supplemental insurance solutions, and build lasting client relationships while also helping to guide and develop new team members.
What You'll Do
- Connect with business owners through professional, in-person outreach.
- Present supplemental insurance solutions that bring clarity and peace of mind.
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust, not pressure.
- Mentor new team members by modeling consistency, care, and professionalism.
- Balance autonomy with collaboration—managing your schedule while staying connected to the team.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience or a client-facing role.
- Excellent communicator who builds trust naturally—no pushy tactics needed.
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales.
- State Health License (or willingness to obtain—licensing support and reimbursement provided).
Nice to Have
- Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus (but not required).
Benefits & Compensation
- First-year estimated earnings: $80,000–$110,000+.
- Short-term weekly base draw, uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities.

Work Mode
