Onebrief is seeking an Outcome Engineer - Experienced Professional to join a team inventing the AI Engineering Platform, the factory that builds the software. This is a creation role focused on moving from managed backlogs to infinite execution, defining the foundation of product development in an agentic world.

What You'll Do

Architect multi-agent systems: design orchestration layers enabling multiple specialized agents to collaborate, debate, and execute complex tasks reliably.
Implement automated governance: create 'guardrails' and policy engines allowing autonomous systems to operate safely at speed.
Engineer context and memory: build semantic infrastructure (knowledge graphs, vector stores) providing agents with deep, structural understanding of codebase and business intent.
Build rigorous evaluation frameworks: develop testing harnesses defining success, moving beyond 'vibes' to deterministic validation of agentic outputs.
Design self-healing loops: connect observability data directly to agent actions, enabling systems to autonomously analyze and remediate failures.
Prototype and deploy: rapidly prototype new agentic tools and deploy them to production for internal teams and customers.
Experiment and learn: experiment with new models, new orchestration techniques, and new ways of validating agent behavior daily.

You must be an active agentic builder, currently building with agents and experiencing their limitations.
