Paired is hiring an Outbound SDR Copywriting Specialist to write personalized cold emails for our tech sales job search service. In this volume-driven, quality-first role, your work will directly contribute to candidates landing interviews.
What You'll Do
- Write 60–90 personalized cold emails per day (~300–450 per week) based on candidate LinkedIn profiles.
- Ensure every email opener is authentic, conversational, and precisely tailored to the recipient.
- Maintain a steady, 8-hour/day workflow, balancing speed with consistent high quality.
- Collaborate with the outreach team to refine messaging that drives responses.
- Continuously improve performance by learning from reply-rate data and team feedback.
