Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with prospective and current clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to develop a consistent lead pipeline

- Make outbound communications targeting lead identification and qualification in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia
- Foster prospect relationships using consultative dialogue and timely follow-up actions

- Define sales targets to drive revenue growth and evaluate team performance; design, share, and gather customer feedback surveys, summarizing findings in reports or spreadsheets
- Perform routine administrative duties in support of sales operations
