About the Role

This position is responsible for initiating contact with potential customers in the UK and Ireland, generating interest, and qualifying leads for the sales team through structured outreach and follow-up.

  • Participate in regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
  • Stay informed about product updates and market positioning
  • Adapt messaging based on feedback from prospects
  • Engage with prospects at various organizational levels
  • Contribute to team knowledge by sharing successful outreach strategies
  • Attend training sessions to improve sales techniques
  • Work within compliance guidelines for communication in the region
  • Manage time effectively across multiple outreach channels
  • Report on weekly activity and conversion metrics
  • Support campaign adjustments based on performance data
