- Participate in regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
- Stay informed about product updates and market positioning
- Adapt messaging based on feedback from prospects
- Engage with prospects at various organizational levels
- Contribute to team knowledge by sharing successful outreach strategies
- Attend training sessions to improve sales techniques
- Work within compliance guidelines for communication in the region
