Responsibilities

  • Use CRM tools to track interactions and outcomes
  • Adhere to daily and weekly activity targets
  • Collaborate with sales team members across regions
  • Participate in training sessions to improve performance
  • Report on key metrics and conversion rates
  • Follow up with prospects according to defined cadence
  • Represent the organization during initial client interactions
  • Stay informed about product offerings and market positioning
  • Adjust messaging based on feedback and response trends
  • Identify objections and apply appropriate responses
  • Contribute to process improvements in lead generation
  • Engage with prospects in their preferred language
  • Meet or exceed monthly appointment-setting goals
