About the Role
This position drives new business development through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation within Latin American markets using defined sales methodologies and CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound communication campaigns to potential clients
- Conduct research to identify and target qualified prospects
- Use structured sales techniques to engage decision-makers
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and business fit
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions in CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects through email and phone
- Collaborate with account executives to transition qualified leads
- Meet or exceed monthly outbound activity targets
- Participate in training and performance review sessions
- Adapt messaging based on market feedback and campaign results
- Leverage sales development tools and dialer systems efficiently
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Represent the organization during initial client interactions
- Stay current on product knowledge and value propositions
- Align outreach efforts with regional market dynamics
- Respond to inbound interest generated by outbound campaigns
- Escalate technical or complex inquiries appropriately
- Maintain compliance with communication policies
- Contribute to process improvements in lead generation
- Support team goals while meeting individual KPIs
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in tech or SaaS sales development
- Exposure to sales engagement platforms like Outreach or Salesloft
- Background in consultative selling techniques
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Knowledge of Latin American business cultures
- Previous success in quota-carrying roles
- Training in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or SPIN
- Higher education in business or related field
