About the Role

This role is responsible for generating new sales opportunities through proactive outreach to potential clients, primarily via phone and digital channels, with a focus on qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling and email campaigns
  • Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Schedule product demonstrations and introductory meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts
  • Follow up with prospects using structured sequences
  • Collaborate with account executives to align on outreach strategy
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions and outcomes
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
  • Adapt messaging based on customer feedback and industry trends
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
  • Stay updated on product offerings and market positioning
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries when applicable
  • Contribute to the improvement of sales playbooks and processes
  • Engage in team training and onboarding activities
  • Handle objections and maintain professional communication
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Represent the organization in virtual networking events
  • Provide feedback on market responses to leadership
