About the Role
This position is responsible for initiating outbound sales efforts to identify and engage potential clients across Latin American markets. The representative will conduct targeted outreach, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team while using data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates.

- Conduct proactive outbound calls and emails to potential clients in Latin America
- Research and identify new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and buyer intent signals
- Schedule qualified meetings for account executives
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and targeting
- Follow up with prospects using multi-channel approaches
- Adhere to performance metrics including call volume and conversion rates
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Participate in regular coaching and performance reviews
- Use sales intelligence tools to enhance prospecting efficiency
- Align outreach with regional business hours and cultural nuances
- Report on weekly activity and pipeline contributions
- Contribute to process improvements in outbound strategy
- Engage prospects with tailored value propositions
