fonio GmbH is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) (FR) to power our outbound motion for the French-speaking market. You will build a predictable outbound machine that generates qualified opportunities for our Account Executives, working in a company experiencing ~30% month-over-month revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Conduct account research and map personas and buying centers.
- Execute trigger-based prospecting using signals like funding, hiring, and tech stack changes.
- Perform multi-channel outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Build, run, and iterate on sequences to test hypotheses.
- Quickly qualify prospects by asking the right questions and booking strong meetings.
- Run clean handoffs to Account Executives with full context.
- Collaborate daily with Sales and Marketing to continuously grow pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or telesales.
- Strong phone presence and comfort with cold calling.
- Structured execution with discipline in follow-ups and pipeline hygiene.
- Solid product and tech curiosity, with the ability to learn fast and communicate value.
- Native-level French (or C2 proficiency).
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Comfortable using a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce.
