LILT is looking for a Voice Talent / Language Expert fluent in Romanian to provide real-time guidance and quality assurance during recording sessions for AI training data. You will be a critical voice coach present throughout sessions, ensuring the quality and consistency essential for our mission to make the world's information accessible across languages.
What You'll Do
- Act as a voice coach and language expert present during recording sessions, whether in-studio or conducted online.
- Provide ongoing attendance and support throughout all scheduled recording hours.
- Act as 'second ears' to ensure consistent quality, stable rhythm and tempo, controlled pitch and amplitude, and correct diction and articulation.
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience as a voice coach or language expert.
- Expert-level language proficiency in Romanian.
- Ability to speak English at a near-native level or fluency in another second language.
- Must provide an English-language Resume/C.V.
