Buildout is hiring a Billing Associate to own the creation and delivery of customer invoices, manage payment reconciliation, and provide high-quality customer service. You will have a direct impact on reducing outstanding receivables while becoming an expert in our billing systems.
What You'll Do
- Become an expert in Sage Intacct to create and send accurate customer invoices.
- Manage all overdue accounts receivable and work on payment plans to reconcile customer accounts.
- Translate customer contracts and Salesforce data into accurate invoices and billing schedules.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, responding to billing support tickets via phone and email.
- Work collaboratively to deliver an end-to-end customer experience.

This role reports to Leti Mandujano, Senior Manager, Transaction Processing.

- Compensation range: $40,000 - $50,000.
