MoeGo is seeking a RevOps Manager to architect our growth engine, designing data flow and technology systems to support scaling from market leader to global powerhouse. You will bridge the gap between raw data and executive strategy, providing critical insights to Sales, Marketing, and Success teams.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary owner of Salesforce, moving towards a bespoke architecture for complex multi-product motions.
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate the next generation of our tech stack, including Gong, Clari, LeanData, and Billing/FinTech tools.
- Build advanced flows and triggers to eliminate manual work for Account Executives and Success Managers.
- Define and maintain core revenue metrics such as CAC, LTV, GRR/NRR, and Pipeline Velocity.
- Build predictive analytics models to forecast outcomes and provide insights to the CRO and CEO.
- Optimize handoff points between Marketing, Sales, and Success to prevent leads or customers from falling through cracks.
- Lead the weekly and monthly revenue forecasting process for high accuracy and accountability.
- Help design and track commission structures aligned with long-term growth goals.
- Partner with Enablement to ensure system changes are backed by training plans.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of RevOps experience.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.
- A systems thinking mindset.
