Impact Brands, LLC is hiring a remote Outbound Sales Agent based in Cebu City, Philippines. In this role, you will focus on making high-volume outbound sales calls to customers, identifying their needs, promoting products and services, and providing excellent customer service. What You'll Do
- Perform a high volume of outbound sales calls to interact with customers and identify their needs.
- Clarify information and provide recommendations and solutions via telephone.
- Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the company's image.
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Place outbound calls to promote new products and services.
- Complete call notes and reports, updating them in the database.
- Obtain and evaluate relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about existing products and services.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in B2C Sales, including outbound and cold calls.
- Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills and active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Strong problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
