We are seeking an experienced Outbound Growth Manager to build and scale the outbound acquisition engine for a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency. This is a hands-on, player-coach role responsible for owning outbound strategy, execution, testing, and optimization end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute outbound strategies to drive qualified pipeline growth.
- Build and refine ICPs and segmentation strategies by industry, budget, and service fit.
- Own monthly MQL and pipeline quality targets aligned with leadership.
- Create, test, and optimize cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Write all outbound copy, including emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups, and objection-handling sequences.
- A/B test subject lines, messaging hooks, positioning, and CTAs to improve performance.
- Manage outbound conversations until qualified meetings are booked.
- Source, clean, enrich, and segment prospect lists while maintaining strong data quality standards.
- Build and manage nurture campaigns for long-term prospects and existing CRM contacts.
- Own outbound execution inside Instantly, MeetAlfred, and HubSpot.
- Track performance based on pipeline quality and revenue impact.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve qualification standards and messaging.
- Partner with marketing to ensure consistent positioning and brand voice.
