Paired is seeking an Outbound Growth Manager to lead new client acquisition for our client's U.S.-based wholesale e-commerce distribution company. You will spearhead proactive outreach strategies, identifying and converting wholesale buyers across digital platforms to fuel business growth.
What You'll Do
- Drive outbound sales campaigns across LinkedIn, social media, Discord, and email to acquire new wholesale clients.
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospects such as retailers and resellers into loyal customers.
- Build and maintain a strong outbound pipeline and consistently follow up on leads.
- Develop custom outreach messaging tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate pricing and terms with prospective clients.
- Track performance metrics and report on outreach and conversion results.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service) to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment for new accounts.
- Gather customer insights and relay feedback to improve sales strategies and offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in wholesale sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of Discord, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital outreach tools.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
