CenterWell Pharmacy, a Humana company, is seeking an Outbound Contacts Representative 2 to join our specialty clinical programs team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring patient safety and continuity of care by managing adverse drug event reporting, supporting clinician outreach, and facilitating communication between patients, providers, and pharmacy staff.
What You'll Do
- Manage and document Adverse Drug Event (ADE) reports in accordance with internal protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct outreach to patients to provide support on behalf of clinicians and pharmacy staff.
- Assign and document patient calls accurately within electronic health records or patient management systems.
- Make outbound calls to medical offices (MDOs) and patients to relay information and transfer to a clinician for further assistance.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and care teams to ensure timely and accurate communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all patient and provider interactions.
- Assess the need for follow-up calls by interpreting call processes.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
- Ability to work holiday shifts, which are rotated based on business operational hours and coverage needs.
- Availability for mandatory overtime as required due to business need, communicated by leadership.
Nice to Have
- Call center experience.
- Pharmacy background is a plus.

- Compensation: $39,000 - $49,400 per year.
