Job Duck is seeking a V105- Legal Assistant – Case Management & Client Relations to provide virtual support for a U.S.-based law firm. In this role, you will act as the trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring meticulous detail capture and deadline management through professional communication, data entry, and document handling.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily client communications with professionalism and empathy
- Enter case updates into Clio and organize files in OneDrive
- Gather and clarify client needs to support case development
- Log due dates and deadlines with precision
- Perform e-filing of legal documents
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and tone
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, in a legal support role, and/or a related Bachelor's degree in legal studies
- Advanced/native-level English skills in both written and spoken communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
