IMC is looking for a commercially driven OTC Crypto Trader to join our team in Zug. In this role, you will be directly responsible for growing the desk’s PnL, managing relationships with a broad network of counterparties, and executing block trades across digital asset markets.
What You'll Do
- Manage risk effectively on large ticket transactions, ensuring best execution and competitive pricing.
- Monitor markets and maintain awareness of macro and crypto-specific developments affecting trading.
- Collaborate with internal teams including technology, compliance, and operations.
- Grow relationships with a broad network of counterparties.
- Execute block trades across digital asset markets.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of trading experience, ideally on a flow or block trading desk.
- Demonstrable track record of handling large notional trades with sound risk management.
- Intermediate Python skills — comfortable with data analysis, scripting, and trade tooling.
- Commercially driven with a strong client-facing mindset.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to exercise independent judgment under pressure.
- Able to work nonstandard weeks i.e. cover weekends and evening shifts as required in exchange for off days on other weekdays.
Nice to Have
- Traditional finance or non-crypto trading backgrounds welcome; crypto trading experience is a strong plus.
