Gate is seeking an OTC/P2P Manager to manage OTC/P2P operations for investment products within the P2P & Lend division.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day OTC/P2P operations for investment products.
- Oversee and optimize the operational workflow within the P2P & Lend division.
- Ensure efficient and secure processing of transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing OTC or P2P operations, preferably in a financial services or fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of investment products and related operational processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting.
