The Role Content Strategy & Execution - Design and implement comprehensive organic social media strategies across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, etc.), crafting engaging content that drives brand awareness, community expansion, and meaningful interaction without paid promotional tactics. Community Management - Cultivate and nurture digital communities through genuine engagement, proactively responding to interactions, stimulating conversations, and developing brand advocates while maintaining consistent messaging and tone. Performance Analysis - Monitor and interpret organic social metrics comprehensively, extracting strategic insights, and continuously refining approach to optimize organic performance and engagement. Content Creation and Management - Hands-on content producer: conceptualizing, producing, editing, and strategically scheduling content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent posting rhythm, seasonal relevance, and alignment with broader marketing initiatives. Trend & Platform Expertise - Remain at the forefront of social media dynamics, algorithm shifts, emerging features, and industry best practices; strategically leveraging trending topics, audio, formats, and platform-specific opportunities to maximize organic reach and potential virality. About You - Demonstrated history of creating viral or high-performing content across diverse platforms - Proven track record managing organic social accounts with successful community growth - Exceptional copywriting skills complemented by design/video editing proficiencies - Capable of producing platform-specific content rapidly while maintaining brand integrity - Proficient with analytics tools, translating metrics into strategic recommendations - Deep understanding of content performance mechanisms with adaptive insights - Naturally immersed in social platforms, consistently tracking viral trends and algorithmic changes - Intuitive understanding of audience resonance with ability to swiftly capitalize on opportunities Salary & Benefits Our employees are the cornerstone of our success.
