About the Role

This role is responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients, providing training, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of ordering systems.

Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding lifecycle from initiation to go-live
  • Conduct training sessions on ordering platform functionality and best practices
  • Configure client accounts according to business requirements and settings
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve setup or integration issues
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress and client communications
  • Develop and deliver customized onboarding materials for diverse client needs
  • Monitor timelines to ensure onboarding stays on schedule
  • Identify client-specific challenges and recommend solutions
  • Serve as primary point of contact during onboarding phase
  • Gather client feedback to improve onboarding processes
  • Coordinate with sales, support, and engineering teams as needed
  • Verify data migration accuracy and system readiness
  • Troubleshoot user access and configuration problems
  • Ensure compliance with security and operational policies
  • Track key performance metrics related to onboarding success
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams
  • Provide post-go-live support during transition to operations
  • Document client configurations and implementation details
  • Support process improvements based on client trends
  • Assist in refining onboarding workflows and checklists
