Transport for London (TfL) is looking for an Order to Cash Coordinator to perform the analysis and operational activities necessary to support the company's commercial management. You'll play a key role in managing credit risk and the daily order flow.
What You'll Do
- Perform daily accounting for customer payments.
- Support collection management by tracking customer delinquency to ensure timely recovery of outstanding accounts.
- Periodically circulate and reconcile portfolios to align accounts receivable with our customers' accounts payable.
- Verify documentation for credit approval and conduct the corresponding financial study to measure risk and assign credit limits.
- Ensure reconciliation of the AR module versus GL, as well as all bank reconciliation items.
- Manage the flow of customer orders from approval to entry into the billing system (according to assigned entities or countries).
- Correctly register different types of sales orders in the ERP according to their typology (regular, Intragroup clients, transfers, and drop-shipment).
What We're Looking For
- Graduate degree in Auditing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of minimum experience in any of the following areas: Order to Cash (O2C), portfolio management, credit, back-office in sales or finance.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Proficiency with Office, Advanced Excel, ERP SO and AR modules, and CRM.

- Experience with Power BI.
