About the Role

Work remotely as a part-time Customer Support Consultant providing multilingual support in Italian and English. Operate within a global, inclusive environment with flexible scheduling and a management approach centered on people. Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Stay current with evolving tools and technological advancements
  • Manage sensitive customer information securely and with confidentiality
  • Implement modern customer satisfaction strategies and best practices
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and achieve performance targets
  • Collaborate with developers and professionals across departments

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English at a minimum C1 level
  • 6 to 12 months of prior customer support experience
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible mindset
  • Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
