Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Associate Mental Health Therapist to join our remote clinical team, serving patients throughout New York. In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based mental health care through secure telehealth platforms, supported by a collaborative network of clinical and administrative professionals. Your focus will be on providing high-quality, individualized therapy while benefiting from structured support and professional development resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices via telehealth
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform intake evaluations and provide ongoing counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Coordinate care through appropriate referrals and maintain strong clinical documentation
- Ensure all records meet federal, state, and internal compliance standards
Qualifications
Candidates must hold an active LMSW or MHT Associate license in New York and have at least one year of direct clinical experience delivering evidence-based therapies. Proficiency with electronic medical records systems and treatment planning is required. You should have reliable high-speed internet, a private workspace, and be open to obtaining additional state licenses as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
W-2 employees earn an estimated $50,000–$89,000 annually, combining base pay with monthly productivity incentives. Additional benefits include malpractice insurance, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and continuing education support with access to CEUs.
