About the Role

Responsibilities

- Support audits by maintaining complete order documentation
- Collaborate with fulfillment centers on order details
- Verify customer information for order processing
- Assist in improving order management procedures
- Report daily order metrics to supervisors
- Maintain data confidentiality and security standards
- Handle returns and cancellations according to policy
- Work cross-functionally to resolve delivery delays
- Ensure timely processing during peak periods
- Follow up on backordered or delayed items
- Support onboarding of new order management tools
