Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently package and dispatch patient orders following established procedures
- Assemble packaging materials and prepare shipments to meet delivery timelines
- Support receiving and organizing incoming inventory from storage areas as required
- Use manual pallet jacks occasionally to transport materials and assist workflow
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper storage and organization methods
- Track supply levels during daily operations, report low stock to supervisors, and restock fulfillment areas to maintain operational readiness
- Keep all fulfillment workspaces clean, safe, and well-organized
- Work with team members to achieve daily shipping goals and meet operational deadlines
- Follow defined processes and safety guidelines to maintain quality and productivity
- Communicate clearly with colleagues to support efficient daily operations
- Complete additional warehouse and fulfillment duties as directed by leadership
