RemoteVA PH is hiring an Order Entry Specialist to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. In this role, you will coordinate with multiple departments to facilitate smooth order fulfillment within a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Accurately process sales orders and maintain data integrity.
- Understand unit of measure, packaging types, and pricing structures.
- Problem-solve and liaise with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Run open order reports to track fulfillment status.
- Escalate significant concerns to your manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and product information.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in order entry, data entry, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in order management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.
Technical Stack
