RemoteVA PH is looking for an Order Entry Specialist focused on the glass and architectural materials industry. You'll be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining all order details for production, including reviewing technical drawings and tracking deliveries. This is a remote, full-time position with no direct customer contact.
What You'll Do
- Enter and process orders accurately based on client and project specifications.
- Review and interpret shop drawings to confirm order details.
- Utilize Excel and CAD software to validate measurements and product information.
- Record and track delivery dates, locations, and special requests.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure production accuracy and deadlines.
- Maintain organized records of all orders and revisions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in order entry or data entry within manufacturing, construction, or architectural materials industries.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong mathematical skills, including working with U.S. fractions and inches.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic CAD software (AutoCAD or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions and work independently.
- Strong communication and comprehension skills in English.
