About the Role

Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders into the company system accurately and promptly
- Verify order details including product specifications, quantities, and pricing
- Communicate with sales representatives to confirm order requirements
- Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and internal documentation
- Track order status and update customers on expected delivery timelines
- Maintain data integrity across order management platforms
- Support invoicing processes by ensuring order completeness
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for shipment scheduling
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order changes or delays
- Process order amendments, cancellations, and returns following company procedures
- Ensure compliance with credit policies before order processing
- Flag potential risks such as backorders or supply constraints
- Generate order-related reports for management review
- Assist in month-end order reconciliation activities
- Follow documented workflows to maintain consistency and accuracy
