Order Analyst – Fully Remote
Role Overview
As an Order Analyst, you will manage the accurate entry and maintenance of customer orders using data gathered from web portals, phone calls, emails, and bid sheets. Your work ensures the order lifecycle progresses without delays, supporting both internal teams and external partners in meeting project timelines and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer orders in RFMS/Measure promptly to prevent disruptions in product procurement.
- Collaborate daily with field builders to confirm expectations and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Respond to builder notifications within 4 hours and resolve issues within 48 hours.
- Process VPO/EPO requests for additional labor tasks such as grinding, floor preparation, or cleaning.
- Provide necessary documentation and clarification to Account Review Representatives for invoicing and job closure.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies throughout the order process.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, installation, and field operations teams.
- Strong analytical abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to interpret floor plans, builder specifications, and job documents accurately.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and building professional relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in home building, contracting, or construction scheduling environments.
- Experience with RFMS, Measure, or comparable order management systems.

RFMS, Measure, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Work Environment
