Atlanta West Carpets LLC is seeking an Order Analyst to manage the accurate input of customer orders from various sources, ensuring precision and satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle. This role is central to building strong customer relationships and requires consistent communication with internal teams while adhering to company policies and procedures.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain customer orders in the system using information from web portals, phone calls, emails, or bid sheets.
- Input orders in RFMS and Measure promptly to prevent delays in product ordering.
- Work closely with customer field builders daily to ensure expectations are met.
- Respond to builder requests within required timeframes (notification within 4 hours; resolution within 48 hours).
- Submit VPO/EPO requests for extra labor (grinding, floor prep, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Answer questions from Account Review Representatives to support invoicing and job closure.
What We're Looking For
- Experience coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, installation, and field teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans, builder specifications, and job documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with builders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with home builders, contractors, or construction scheduling environments.
- Experience using RFMS, Measure, or similar order management systems.
