GT Org is hiring an Oracle EPM Solution Architect to provide advisory and implementation services that address business needs across client organizations. You will assist in guiding clients through the entire implementation lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
- Work with teams to identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and define support procedures.
- Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
- Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
- Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
- Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
- Provide post-production support.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
- Implementation experience in EPM / CPM technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, reports, and experience with full lifecycle implementations.
- Experience with Enterprise Application Integration & back-end data connectivity applications.
- Experience installing, configuring, and implementing the CPM / EPM product suite.
- Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Consistent with the firm’s hybrid work model, in-person attendance is required at least two days per week, either at a GT office or client site.
