As an Oracle EPM Solution Architect, you will guide clients through technology transformation by designing and implementing enterprise performance management solutions. You'll play a central role in advisory services, leading efforts from initial planning through deployment and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation phases, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, and testing
- Translate business objectives into functional designs, process flows, and technical specifications
- Document transformation goals, system architecture, and business rules
- Configure EPM/CPM applications and perform iterative testing to ensure accuracy and performance
- Develop training materials and deliver sessions to prepare users for system adoption
- Support clients after go-live with troubleshooting, optimization, and system enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise applications and ensure data connectivity
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years of consulting experience in EPM/CPM environments. You should have hands-on experience implementing EPM solutions across diverse industries and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles.
Proficiency with enterprise application integration and backend data systems is essential. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage time-sensitive projects, and willingness to travel as needed. A master’s degree is preferred but not required.
Work Environment
