Eleos Health is hiring an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional – Procurement Lead to manage full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP Procurement implementations. As the functional lead, you will guide client transformation, own solution delivery, and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP Procurement implementations as the functional lead for the Procurement workstream.
Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops.
Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud configurations aligned with best practices.
Own configuration, validation, testing strategy, and deployment readiness.
Guide clients through change management and business process transformation.
Configure modules including Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Portal, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Receiving & Inventory.
Ensure solution alignment across Payables, Financials, Projects, and other cross-functional ERP workstreams.
Evaluate and scope Change Requests, including impact to timeline and budget.
Oversee procurement-related data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements.
Identify opportunities for automation, controls improvement, and process efficiency.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Procurement, Finance, and IT leadership.
Provide clear executive-level updates and proactively manage scope and risk.
Mentor consultants and elevate overall delivery quality.
Support RFP responses, demos, and level-of-effort estimates as needed.

What We're Looking For

6–10+ years of ERP implementation experience.
3–5+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP Procurement implementation experience.
Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations as Procurement Lead or Senior Functional Consultant.
Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes.
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading client-facing functional workstreams.
Ability to balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on system leadership.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have

Oracle Cloud Procurement Certification.
Experience in public sector, higher education, or healthcare.
Exposure to Projects/Grants integrations.
Experience with data conversion and integration methods (FBDI, REST/SOAP).
Reporting experience (OTBI, BI Publisher).
