About the Role

Adaptive Home Health, LLC is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruiting efforts for a growing home health agency. You will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals, ensuring we maintain adequate staffing levels for quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and local partnerships.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of staffing needs across multiple disciplines and service areas.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and HR to align hiring strategies with agency goals and growth targets.
  • Ensure all new hires meet credentialing, licensure, and background check requirements prior to start.
  • Track recruiting metrics and prepare regular reports on time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Represent the agency at community events, job fairs, college career days, and other recruitment-related functions.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires as needed.
  • Stay current on industry hiring trends, market conditions, and compliance requirements specific to home health.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1–3 years of recruiting experience in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with licensure and credentialing requirements for home health positions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating virtually with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to participate in video and phone meetings regularly.
  • Full-time position; may require occasional evening or weekend availability for hiring events or urgent staffing needs.
  • Occasional travel may be required for job fairs, team meetings, or community outreach.

Nice to Have

  • Home health recruiting experience strongly preferred.
