USA MOT Motion Industries, Inc. is hiring an Optimization Manager to lead cross-functional projects focused on process improvement and increased efficiency. In this role, you will provide research and data analytics for Inventory, Purchasing, Logistics, Distribution, and Fulfillment Centers.
What You'll Do
- Utilize data to provide research and develop strategic paths forward, identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Coordinate strategic direction and develop and implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiencies.
- Conduct high-level research projects and ongoing analysis to ensure the effectiveness of new processes, reviewing and revising as needed.
- Work closely with various departments to validate and obtain data.
- Travel as needed to conduct on-site optimization analysis.
- Manage a team of professional employees.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, analytics, or an equivalent field.
- Five (5) or more years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
- Ability to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong critical listening skills to determine the essence of what is being said.
- Strong financial acumen skills.
- Ability to travel.
Nice to Have
- Experience in accounting, auditing, inventory management, or with the Qlik platform.
