PostHog is hiring an Ops Manager - International People Ops to build and scale our people operations across Europe and beyond. In this remote-first role, you will be responsible for international employment compliance, managing our Employer of Record relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for our distributed team.
What You'll Do
- Own our relationships with Deel and ensure onboarding and offboarding processes are excellent.
- Maintain compliance across every European jurisdiction we hire in and help us expand to new ones.
- Resolve complex international employment and contractor issues, allowing the broader people ops team to focus on strategic initiatives.
- Constantly iterate on the employee experience, shipping improvements quickly to match our fast pace.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing international people operations at a remote company, ideally using platforms like Deel, Rippling, or Remote.com.
- Strong knowledge of European employment law, enabling confident decision-making.
- Proven ability to run onboarding and offboarding at scale without chaos.
- Comfort being the primary point of contact for all international operations questions.
Nice to Have
- Handled visa applications and sponsorships.
- Scaled people operations from around 100 to 500+ people at a remote-first SaaS company.
Team & Environment
You'll be part of the People Ops team and report to Fraser Hopper.
Work Mode
This is a global, fully remote position. Our team is distributed between GMT-8 and GMT+2.
