Responsibilities
- Operate various mobile machinery such as wheel loaders, excavators, forklifts, tractors, and heavy trucks (up to 30 tonnes) to handle, shift, and load bulk materials
- Run specialized processing equipment like trommel screens, low-speed shredders, and high-speed grinders, maintaining cleanliness and functionality
- Conduct pre-operation checks, routine servicing, and cleaning of all machinery to ensure readiness and safety
- Prepare and mix growing media by combining bulk and bagged ingredients according to specified formulations
- Perform site maintenance including grading and compacting of ground surfaces
- Carry out general manual tasks such as shoveling, pressure washing, sweeping, and repairing pallets
