Impact Clients is hiring an Operations Systems Specialist to be our hands-on systems builder. You'll create scalable operational infrastructure by designing and optimizing CRMs, automation workflows, and dashboards that directly support revenue operations and company growth. This is a fully remote, execution-focused role where you will be responsible for building and improving systems yourself.
What You'll Do
- Architect, build, and optimize CRM systems like HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
- Design dashboards and reporting in Google Sheets to track revenue, forecast, and improve visibility.
- Build automation flows using tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Maintain clean data structures and enforce high data integrity.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and improve system performance.
- Continuously optimize operational efficiency through automation and system redesign.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building operational systems (CRM, automation, dashboards).
- Advanced Google Sheets skills for formulas, dashboards, Apps Script, and data modeling.
- Hands-on CRM administration experience with HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
- Familiarity with revenue operations, including pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
- Comfort working independently and taking ownership of system architecture.
Nice to Have
- Consulting or agency experience.
- Experience with no-code/low-code tools like Airtable or Notion.
- Knowledge of API integrations or programming languages like Python or Java.
