Impact Clients is hiring an Operations Systems Specialist to be our hands-on systems builder. You'll create scalable operational infrastructure by designing and optimizing CRMs, automation workflows, and dashboards that directly support revenue operations and company growth. This is a fully remote, execution-focused role where you will be responsible for building and improving systems yourself.

What You'll Do

Architect, build, and optimize CRM systems like HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
Design dashboards and reporting in Google Sheets to track revenue, forecast, and improve visibility.
Build automation flows using tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
Maintain clean data structures and enforce high data integrity.
Troubleshoot workflow issues and improve system performance.
Continuously optimize operational efficiency through automation and system redesign.

What We're Looking For

Experience building operational systems (CRM, automation, dashboards).
Advanced Google Sheets skills for formulas, dashboards, Apps Script, and data modeling.
Hands-on CRM administration experience with HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
Familiarity with revenue operations, including pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
Comfort working independently and taking ownership of system architecture.

Nice to Have

Consulting or agency experience.
Experience with no-code/low-code tools like Airtable or Notion.
Knowledge of API integrations or programming languages like Python or Java.
