Traba is looking for an Operations Specialist - Recruiter (Philippines) to join our mission-driven team. You will be a critical part of sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent for various roles within the light industrial sector. This role demands comfort with a high volume of calls and consistent execution of repetitive tasks.

What You'll Do

Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for light industrial roles.
Work closely with the Territory Operations Team to deeply understand each customer’s unique needs.
Communicate with users on the app to effectively fill open positions.
Make a high volume of calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and the Territory Operations Team.
Perform repetitive tasks daily with consistency and sharp attention to detail.
Be adaptable to be placed where there is highest demand, with minimal downtime.
Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where quick decision-making is crucial.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Customer Service, or Logistics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A strong, reliable work ethic.
