CrewBloom is looking for an Operations Specialist with a strong focus on programming and artificial intelligence. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to optimize internal processes, build innovative solutions, and enhance operational efficiency across the company. You will be a key player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain programming solutions to improve operational processes.
- Apply AI and Machine Learning concepts to solve business challenges such as process automation, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and deliver robust, scalable software solutions.
- Maintain and update existing operational systems, tools, and software to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for technical improvements.
- Document solutions, processes, and technical procedures to support team knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For
- Proven programming skills with experience in developing technical solutions.
- Experience or strong knowledge in AI and Machine Learning concepts and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address operational challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), Intel Core i3 (10th gen+), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor and minimum 8 GB RAM.
- Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 processor performance and functional during power interruptions.
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.

- Experience or knowledge of the commercial solar industry is a significant advantage.
