Responsibilities
- Handle order management and provide support for back-end operations
- Monitor shipment status and communicate with clients as needed
- Oversee purchase orders containing between and often distributed across more than ten separate shipments
- Identify which delivered purchase orders require invoicing
- Organize and verify financial data using QuickBooks for precise record keeping
- Keep files updated in Google Drive and on physical hard drives
