Burlington Stores was looking for an Operations/Service Manager III

Burlington Stores is looking for an Operations/Service Manager III to serve as one of the store's key leaders. You will manage overall store operations and act as a role model for associates, reinforcing company values while building strong teams and driving business results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
  • Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to maintain service expectations and smooth customer flow.
  • Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead the receiving process, including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks.
  • Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), setting the leadership example and driving store results.
  • Support the Store Manager in areas such as staffing, sourcing, interviewing, and training.
  • Assist in managing other store operations areas as business needs require.
  • Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty, or medium-to-large multi-unit retail organization.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Team & Environment

You will be one of the leaders of the store team, participating in managing overall store operations.
