tmp was looking for an Operations & Resource Coordinator

This role is responsible for aligning talent with project demands across client delivery teams, ensuring optimal use of both full-time and contractor resources. You'll coordinate daily resourcing needs, resolve allocation conflicts, and support long-term workforce planning in collaboration with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contractor onboarding, timesheet approvals, and invoice processing
  • Monitor resource utilization and identify imbalances affecting project delivery
  • Coordinate cross-regional resourcing efforts with counterparts in other locations
  • Support hiring and contractor placement decisions through data analysis
  • Maintain client and user data in Kantata, including cost rates and portfolio assignments
  • Conduct weekly time audits and follow up on incomplete entries
  • Generate budget reports and support financial tracking across projects
  • Facilitate user management and client setup within Kantata
  • Assist with purchase order processes and regional alignment
  • Support internal and client-facing events and executive-level coordination tasks

Qualifications

You bring 1–3 years of experience in workforce operations, vendor management, or resourcing within a professional services, agency, or marketing environment. Familiarity with managing contractor networks is essential. Experience with project management or workforce systems such as Kantata, Smartsheet, Intacct, or Workday is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position with flexibility to telecommute, supporting both regional and global operations. The role is open to candidates in CA, CO, IL, WA, and TX. You’ll work across time zones and collaborate with teams to maintain operational efficiency.
