About the Role

Drive operational excellence in a fast-evolving AI-powered healthcare environment. You'll be responsible for refining and scaling revenue cycle management workflows, ensuring AI agents perform effectively across payer types and customer interactions. Your work directly impacts how quickly and accurately clinics receive payments, making precision and ownership critical.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and enhance the performance of AI-driven processes, identifying gaps and implementing improvements to increase collection efficiency.
  • Design and refine workflows specific to individual payers, including phone collections, portal interactions, and claim resolution paths.
  • Keep payer contact data accurate and up to date to support reliable AI actions and reduce operational friction.
  • Collaborate with denial resolution experts to diagnose real-world issues, detect AI inaccuracies, and adapt to new billing scenarios.
  • Build and manage teams of accounts receivable specialists to handle claims in areas where AI is still learning, ensuring no revenue is left behind.
  • Supervise both onshore and offshore RCM staff, maintaining strong performance against KPIs and SLAs while fostering continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to expand AI functionality to new payers, sharing frontline insights that shape platform development.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least two years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, claims processing, or payer-facing workflows.
  • Strong organizational and process optimization skills, with a proven ability to identify problems and lead cross-functional fixes.
  • A sense of urgency and accountability—your work ensures providers get paid on time.
  • Proficiency with Excel; SQL experience is a plus.
