SHISEIDO is looking for an Operations Performance Analyst for a September 2026 start in an apprenticeship (alternance) capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in constructing, maintaining, and analyzing performance indicators across Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sustainability functions to drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Construct, maintain, and analyze performance indicators for Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Sustainability.
- Automate performance monitoring and reporting routines.
- Provide day-to-day support and conduct ad-hoc analyses for Supply Chain and/or Procurement teams.
- Create, develop, and automate dashboards using POWER BI and/or Excel to aid decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- Bac +4/+5 level education.
- Advanced mastery of Excel, proficiency with VBA and Power BI.
- A clear affinity for Operations and its various functions.
- Strong ability to work in a team, with agility, on varied subjects.
- Proactivity ("can do attitude"), being driven, and a strong work ethic.
- Fluent French and English.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SAP.

You will be supporting the Supply Chain and/or Procurement teams directly, providing the analytical foundation for their strategic and operational decisions.
