Jobgether is looking for a Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day business operations in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. You will ensure operational efficiency, drive process improvements, and manage cross-functional projects that directly impact organizational performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise operational teams to achieve performance targets, ensuring high productivity and employee engagement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic operational plans that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze financial data, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for improvement and drive profitability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to support team development, talent management, and organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices across operational processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or related roles.
- Proven experience supervising teams, managing projects, and leading day-to-day operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and collaborate effectively.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies and operational workflows.
- Knowledge of sales strategies, business development, and financial management practices.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
- Skilled in project management tools, software, and frameworks to ensure successful execution.
- Strategic planning capabilities to align operational initiatives with organizational objectives.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid remote position based in the United States. It offers flexible remote work with company-sponsored in-person visits twice a week.
