Ethena Labs is hiring an Operations Manager to establish and scale the operational foundations of our organization. You will design and implement systems that enable our global team to work efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Do
- Design, document, and implement core operational processes and workflows
- Build and manage systems for internal data management and reporting
- Establish and optimize cross-functional coordination and communication protocols
- Lead initiatives to improve tooling, automation, and overall operational efficiency
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track operational health
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in operations, business operations, or a similar role
- Proven ability to build scalable processes from the ground up
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Deep understanding of remote work dynamics and tools
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Background in the crypto or fintech industry
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration software (e.g., Notion, Linear)
